“We had a lovely time and meal celebrating a birthday too. The waitress was very helpful and friendly. The dishes are small however we were told than and how to order. The quality of the food was excellent and very tasty. We were also gifted a lovely brownie once they knew it was my son’s birthday. Overall a lovely evening and would certainly go again”

“A beautiful restaurant, decked out in fairy lights creating a magical atmosphere. I had the Indian school curry set which has 3 different vegetarian curries. Each was wonderfully spiced and unique in taste. I also had a delicious rum cocktail. Overall a delicious and homely eating experience.”

“In a lively part of the old city, my wife and I decided to have an early supper at Mowgli. We loved the swing seating setup—very charming and Instagrammable. The vibe and décor definitely stood out. As for the food, it was decent—solid, standard Indian fare. Nothing particularly outstanding or memorable, and for the price (£), we were hoping for something a bit more show-stopping. Still, it’s a lovely spot for a meal with great ambiance. Worth a visit if you’re in the area and want something good with a stylish setting.”

“Had the most incredible experience at Mowgli Leicester! The food was absolutely amazing — every dish was packed with flavour, and the chaat bombs were easily the highlight, they were out of this world. The service was excellent too; the staff were friendly, attentive and made us feel really welcome. Cocktails were delicious and perfectly made. Honestly couldn’t fault a thing — can’t wait to come back again! One criticism, pop some ice cubes in the Lassi! - I know I should have asked for some - silly me.”

“The food here is delicious. We ordered the Street Food Sharer, and various other menu items. It is very good value for money and the food is very flavourful & fresh. The menu also caters for all dietary requirements. The only downside was the customer service, it was nonexistent, very poor, and non-attentive. There was a lot of staff members working however not doing very much, other than talking to each other & sipping on refreshments, tables were unclean and unkept, customers were waiting a long while to be served and there was no attentiveness in providing good quality friendly customer service which was quite a shame and a disappointment.”
